Mums Plugged InVirtual mothers support group

facilitated support group covering a range of topics weekly that are pertinent to mental health, matrescence, The 4th Trimester, and early parenthood. More than ever new mums need connection, support and an opportunity to share their experiences!

The first 8 week program started on Wednesday April 29th  Zoom and a closed Facebook group for ongoing discussion. Following this, we will open another 8-week program and continue to run them concurrently throughout the year. It is open to all mums with babies from 0-12 months around Australia, but places are limited to enable fluid conversation in the group.

$19 per session.
